Vegan Criteria


Product Structure

  • Components (including raw materials, semi-finished products, additives, preservatives, sweeteners, carriers, yeast, enzymes, etc.),

Content Requirements

  • • Animal slaughter and slaughter should not be any animal and animal products

General and Process Requirements

  • • The Production Process should be designed to meet vegan criteria, and a vegan process line should not be used for non-vegan production.
  • • Contamination risk should be eliminated.
  • • If the final product is contaminated with animal products or by-products, the contamination should be maximum 0.1% (1/1000).
  • • In case the maximum contamination limit is exceeded, the manufacturer must take the necessary measures. The manufacturer also; Production is responsible for improving the external storage and distribution stages.
  • • A maximum deviation of 0.1% will not cause the product to leave the vegan category, provided that the manufacturer makes regulations to avoid contamination with animal products.
